Learning Objectives
Following this workshop, you will be able to:
    • explain how context-switching influences individual and collective productivity
    • apply self-awareness and self-regulation strategies to understand and reduce the impacts of stress
    • use evidence-informed resources and tools to enhance multidimensional wellness in self and others
    • identify key elements that may affect one’s ability to function optimally where they live, work, learn, play, and reflect
    • recognize how knowing and caring for oneself leads to more positive and motivating relationships
    • define the six attributes of the National Wellness Institute's WELLGoals framework
    • develop a plan to activate well-being, leadership, and growth in themselves and others
