This webinar reviews the components of mental wellbeing and then engages participants in an interactive exercise to reflect on their personal and professional value system. We will discuss using value system as a framework for identifying priorities, thinking through dilemmas, and setting boundaries. We will discuss the process of integrating work and life under the umbrella of a value system.
The program is presented by two Veterinary Social Workers who currently support veterinary staff at busy emergency/specialist animal hospitals in New York. It is shaped by their experience working with veterinarians like you to cope with the current stresses of the veterinary profession.
