This course will discuss the foundation for ethical decision-making in a parimutuel racing environment. Practical ethical tools and best practices will be provided to help participants increase their ethical and emotional intelligence. Real-life clinical case presentations will be used to illustrate proven techniques to eliminate the components of unethical behavior. Resources will be provided for participants to support ethical choices.
