Recorded Webinar- Evidenced Based Clinical Supervision

Evidenced Based Clinical Supervision

Conducting supervision can be easy, but conducting highly useful, informative, and evidence-based clinical supervision can be very difficult. This overview will focus on a model of psychotherapy supervision that draws from multiple areas of clinical practice to offer guidelines for supervisors that can result in better training for supervisees, better outcomes for clients, and more efficient time management during supervision sessions.

The objectives for this course include:
1. What constitutes evidence-based supervision.
2. What supervisor competencies should be held.
3. How to assess supervisors and supervision in a structured manner.
4. How such supervision benefits practitioners and clients.
