In this 3-hour webinar, Dr. Scott Secor will analyze and compare developmental lenses of supervisor/supervisee maturity, as well as explore how a psychodynamic lens can inform issues related to best practices, countertransference, and maintaining healthy boundaries.

2. To analyze the Integrated Developmental Model of Supervision and what happens when mismatches occur.
3. To formulate an understanding of how to be aware of, and interact with, interpersonal factors that permeate in the supervisory relationship.
4. To explore the potential usefulness of a psychoanalytic perspective on personality organization and how it can impact how, when, and why supervisors interact with their supervisees


Dr. Scott Secor
Scott Secor is a Licensed Health Service Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma in Counseling Psychology. Currently, he is the Director of Clinical Training for the Graduate Programs in Counseling at Southern Nazarene University and is the Co-Director of Renew Counseling Center. His clinical specialty is in psychological assessment, along with working with anxiety and trauma
