Sand Tray Therapy, which is widely used in children's therapy sessions, may also be an effective intervention for adolescents and adults and in both family and couples therapy. Sand Tray Therapy may be helpful in processing stressful and traumatic life events or communicating family and life dynamics. Join Terri Scheulein, LPC, for an exploration of Sand Tray Therapy and how to incorporate its use in both the in-office and virtual setting.
