Riitta Hari, MD PhD, is Distinguished Prof. (emerita) of Human Systems
Neuroscience and Brain Imaging at Aalto University and Academician of
Science (Finland). She has with her team pioneered the use of
magnetoencephalography (MEG) to study sensory processing and motor
control in healthy subjects and patient groups, with the main interest
in the dynamics of human brain functions in naturalistic conditions.
Recently she has advocated "two-person neuroscience" for the study of
the brain basis of social interaction. In her OHBM talk "Timing matters"
Riitta Hari will discuss the importance of timing in human brain
