Speaker Biography

Wes serves as President and CEO of McGill and Lyon Dental Advisors, specializing in providing comprehensive tax, business, and financial planning for dentists. Wes is also the Founder and Managing Member of Lyon Wealth Advisors Group, LLC, specializing in Wealth Management for dentists. He is a regular contributor to industry publications and frequent speaker at dental societies, study clubs, and industry events nationwide, as well as McGill and Hill Group seminars.

Wes is also the President, CEO, and Co-Editor of The McGill Advisory, a subscription based publication that provides over 5,000 doctors with articles and resources to lower their taxes, increase profits, protect wealth, and plan for a prosperous retirement.

In his spare time, Wes enjoys traveling with his wife, Becca. He is also a car enthusiast and enjoys working on his e36 BMW M3. On warm weekends you’ll find Wes working on his golf swing or boating on the lake.
