Description

In this exciting and informative lecture Ken Alexander will use his 25+ years of consulting experience working exclusively with orthodontic practices to go deep into the inner workings of the truly excellent practice and show what it takes to achieve and maintain super success. The secret to getting to greatness lies in unifying the team around a common purpose and ideals, practical systems and the joy in the work place that creates the energy necessary to get to the next level…, or to survive the economic downturn. Special emphasis and focus will be upon how to survive and thrive in a down economy for those who are willing to work hard, make the right decisions and do the right things.

  • To understand what it takes to be great when one looks in the mirror, stops the blame game and moves forward with the use of effective systems, management and cost cutting.
  • To help develop a highly effective team where staff members enjoy their work and are willing to help each other find joy in the workplace.
  • To give consulting ideas which have proven to be effective in both growing a practice and reducing costs in a down economy.
