SBER Network Virtual Roundtable (2021-03): Exploring the Complexities of Marijuana Law



The SBER Network hosts occasional Virtual Roundtables, one-hour online meetings with 30 minutes of presentation and 30 minutes of discussion among attendees. SBER Network Virtual Roundtables are not eligible for continuing education credit.

This SBER Network Virtual Roundtable discussed current Federal and State laws regarding marijuana and the history of how we got here. Sam Kamin, Ph.D., J.D., Professor at Sturm College of Law, University of Denver, reviewed the complexities of marijuana law and considerations for research with marijuana.

This roundtable took place on March 17, 2021.
