This panel will address upcoming changes to current National Science Foundation (NSF) requirements for education in the responsible conduct of research (RCR) as mandated by the CHIPS and Science Act. The panelists will review best practices in RCR education, discuss how to meaningfully expand institutional requirements to include faculty and senior personnel, and address how institutions can support mentor training and mentorship in research. Time will be reserved to address questions.
