Description

Do you stay up at night worrying that your PAM program isn’t successful and growing the way you envisioned? During this interactive session, the speakers will present cases that explore common PAM approaches and discuss how to refine these practices to improve compliance and maximize animal welfare. Attendees will utilize complex animal program scenarios as a basis for discussing best practices to improve their PAM programs.

  • Share ideas for improvements in the communication of PAM findings to the IACUC
  • Recognize when PAM findings rise to the level of external reporting
  • Discuss the utilization of metrics to measure success of your PAM program
  • Explain the role of PAM in the animal program as a whole to proactively reduce compliance concerns
