Description

Using the Marsh/NAAIA study, The Journey of the African-American Insurance Professional as a platform, panelists will address how dialogue around race often creates its own discomfort and anxiety for leaders and organizations due to the delicate nature of the topic and the fear of getting it wrong.

During this webinar, we examine how companies across the insurance industry spectrum can come together to address the challenges and opportunities for African-American professionals and other underrepresented groups, while providing a safe space to become more fluent in this topic.
