Rich brings more than 15 years of experience transforming organizational performance and driving innovation and delivery of competitive consumer products, primarily in the insurance industry.

    Todd Mattiello is Vice President of Claim Account Executives at Travelers. Todd brings 30 years of deep claim experience to his work with the Claim Account Executives who support our Business Insurance underwriters and Travelers’ TPA subsidiary, Constitution State Services, in acquiring new business and promoting ongoing retention and customer experience. He brings a diverse background in customer experience for Personal Insurance Operations; rating, quoting and issuing policies for Business Insurance Operations; and in claim strategies for Claim.

  • Kevin Mahoney

    Kevin Mahoney is Vice President of Analytics and Research. He leads data management, data engineering and research for Claim Business Intelligence and Analytics for Travelers and its TPA subsidiary, Constitution State Services. As a member of the Business Insurance Research and Development team, he led the predictive modeling group on developing pricing models. Throughout his career, he has focused on leading teams in developing new and innovative advanced statistical modeling techniques.
