Description

This webinar will analyze the privacy compliance landscape following the 2020 elections. Changes in state laws and the outlook for regulatory enforcement will be discussed. The possibility of federal privacy legislation in the new Congress will also be examined, including key issues that may drive it, whether privacy enforcement will be changed, and whether we can expect a stronger push for privacy from the Administration. The panelists will discuss industry sectors that may be impacted the most and who is playing a leading role.
