Opposition to Partnership: Shifting the Dynamics of the Company and Carrier Relationship

The dynamics associated with the relationship between the insurance carrier and the company can be a confusing and frustrating one, but it doesn’t have to be. Using the same skills you use daily with friends, partners, spouses, and fellow employees, risk practitioners can improve their success of making an impact and having purpose in their role.

This interactive session will explore the relationship from the company’s and carrier’s viewpoint and how they can work together to deliver meaningful results and what each of us can do to use the skills discussed to ask better questions and have improved conversations.

This session will appeal to those not only interested in the carrier and company relationship but who want to develop themselves to better influence all relationships they have in their organization, network, and community. The attendee will learn from the presenter’s experience from working on both sides of the company and carrier.
