Contributors Angela Blanch As Vice President of Business Development with Next Level Administrators, Angela Blanch is responsible for new business acquisitions, consultative services, client relationships, and marketing. She has over 17 years of experience managing client relationships in Workers’ Compensation, Liability, FMLA, Disability, & Absence Management. Before joining Next Level Administrators, Ms. Blanch enjoyed a career working for various TPA’s including CorVel Corporation, Sedgwick CMS, Cambridge, and GatesMcDonald. Her strengths are managing client relationships, analyzing program trends and consulting on client programs to bring employers financial success. Experience includes managing insurance company relationships, direct client relationships, insured programs, self-insured programs and PEOs. She has a proven track record of working with clients to develop strategies to shorten claims duration, improve return to work programs and reduce overall financial expense. Ms. Blanch’s success is a result of focusing on client solutions, ensuring customers’ goals are met, growing their profitability and becoming part of their team. Despite her demanding career, Ms. Blanch makes time to be involved with the community. She is currently an active coach and run buddy for Girls on The Run of Naples. She also participates in community outreach programs through project serve, habitat for humanity, and making strides for breast cancer awareness. Paul Koziatek Paul Koziatek is the Enterprise Risk Manager at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC, a privately-owned production and distribution Coke bottler in Tampa, FL. In his capacity as Enterprise Risk Manager, Mr. Koziatek is responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to ownership that will protect the organization by fully evaluating all financial, operational, market and credit risks. He is responsible for all traditional corporate risk management functions including insurance procurement, loss control and claims management. Before joining Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, Paul was Director of Risk Management for Consolidated Container Company in Atlanta, GA. He has spent approximately 20 years in the risk management/insurance industry working within several Fortune 500 risk management departments including roles at Georgia-Pacific, LLC and NCR Corporation. Mr. Koziatek was a Client Account Executive as a property & casualty insurance broker for Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Inc. for approximately five years.He is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s nationally ranked risk management program and obtained an MBA from Georgia State University. Mr. Koziatek holds several insurance industry designations including the CPCU, ARM and AIC certifications. He is active member in several professional associations including Risk & Insurance Management Society’s Atlanta and Tampa Chapters. He has served in several in multiple capacities including advisory councils, conference committees, and the RIMS mentoring program. Mr. Koziatek is a frequent speaker at industry events and also speaks regularly to university students studying risk management and insurance. Steven H. Scissors, Chief Client Officer Chief Client Officer for Evans & Dixon, LLC. Mr. Scissors brings over 25 years of experience with an emphasis in self-insurance claims, operations management, excess workers’ compensation, client relationship building, along with the development of many pre and post accident cost reducing strategy training modules. Mr. Scissors experience has been very diversified which includes running one of the largest claim operations in the country, that being Wal-Mart. John Sells, Chief Data Officer Chief Data Officer for Next Level Administrators. John Sells is a seasoned data management professional with over 10 years of experience leading and developing teams for a boutique data consulting services firm. As Chief Data Officer, Mr. Sells will manage the data analytics team’s performance and drive corporate culture. He has built and led highly productive and motivated teams capable of translating business strategy into technical solutions. His experience in application and data architecture design, data migration, data warehousing, and business intelligence helps the organization achieve its goal of establishing an industry-leading data analytics competency. Mr. Sells also brings significant project management experience to the team including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management of major organizational programs.Mr. Sells holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, is a Certified Data Management Professional (Mastery level) and a Certified Data Vault 2.0 Practitioner. He has also presented at a number of conferences nationwide on data warehousing, data quality, and enterprise data management.
