The Need for Workforce+
Workforce instability, chronic vacancies, and reliance on costly temporary staffing are among the most significant operational threats facing rural healthcare organizations today. At the same time, workforce and HR functions in these settings are often under-resourced, with staff responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle—from workforce planning and recruitment to compliance and employee relations—often without formal training or credentials.
