Throughout a long and distinguished career as a property manager, developer, and advocate, Mr. George Caruso has incomparable experience in operating all types of residential real estate. Mr. Caruso has been responsible for major portfolios of rental real estate in the Midwest, South, Atlantic Coast, and Pacific Coast. He has operated landmark buildings as well as smaller suburban and rural properties; he's supervised properties as small as 23 units and as large as 1,750 units. Mr. Caruso expanded from management to management and development in the early 1980s and has operated and developed in every major market in the country. He is recognized as one of the foremost experts on HUD Assisted and Tax Credit management and operations.
