Are Millennials altruistic beings who want to save the planet more than anything else, or flashes in the pan who go with the latest trend they hear Twittered about? Just how similar and different are Millennials from previous generations?

The aim of this webinar is to share global information about the Millennials on the workforce. Who they really are and how they work despite all the stereotypes, what data management has to offer in terms of the ideal work, and how it has evolved and implemented new work strategies where Millennials are free to be themselves and boost their potential.

Laura Cristina Rincón, MSD Lead Clinical Data Manager

Laura was born in Bogotá, Colombia, 27 years ago. Graduated on Veterinary Medicine Bachelors degree on 2016, and later on she obtained her Masters degree in Bioethics (2018). She currently works on MSD as Lead Clinical Data Manager and she is part of the training team were she has actively participated on mentoring and training staff, in developing and implementing new tools and strategies to share and maintain knowledge across her functional area. Laura has extensive experience in data management activities pertaining to clinical trials and broad knowledge of the biomedical investigation in the pharmaceutical industry, bioethical concepts and practices related with the biomedical investigation in human beings.


Participants are eligible to receive CEUs upon attendance and successful completion of a web-based assessment within 30 days after the webinar. CEUs are not granted after the 30-day assessment deadline.
SCDM is authorized by IACET to offer 0.2 CEUs for this program.

Group Registration Policy:
Any group registration allows up to 10 people to attend the webinar and to complete the webinar assessment. Credits will be granted on an individual basis upon successful completion of the assessment by the registered participants.

Refund Policy: Participants will receive a full refund if notice is provided in writing via post or email one week prior to the webinar date. If cancellation occurs within the week prior the webinar, participants will be allowed to apply 50% of the webinar fee to the next offering of the same webinar. No refunds will be offered after that time.
