This webinar will focus on the challenges in training new CDM during the pandemic.

Our line of work is complicated enough while having the chance to teach face to face, and we have discovered Training is even harder when doing it virtual. We had to come up with new ways of teaching, innovating actions and programs that helped instruct the new task force not only in the technical skills needed for this job, but also in the soft skills that are necessary to foster a collaborative team. Cecilia Calcagno will share the different approaches to this situation, because if we don’t have a strong foundation, even the greatest structure can come crumbling down. So as important as the quality and design of our protocols and process to carry them out are, it is equally or more important to train the new CDMs.

Cecilia Calcagno will share the DO’s and DON’Ts while embarking on an educational project such as the one she had done and help others to think before hand what is the best plan for them.
