This session will explain what system reliability means as applied to
fire protection engineer. It will identify when and why reliability is
important to fire protection engineers. It will outline the design
considerations for achieving the desired level of reliability. It will also
discuss optimizing inspection, testing and inspection to achieve and maintain
designed levels of reliability.
