Women in Fire Protection Engineering - The DISCO model in Drama: Tools to deal with drama in the workplace.

Description:
This workshop addresses different levels of engagement when dealing with drama in the workplace. You will be part of an interactive experience in working through different approaches when dealing with workplace drama. Please come prepared with an example of a workplace experience that you maybe wished you had dealt with differently.

As a result of this workshop, you will have a greater awareness of your (un)conscious reaction when dealing with drama, and you will be able to assess yourself in 4 different levels. You will also be able to catch yourself as a judger or learner and use the tool to switch over.

Arty Coppes, founder of Coppes Consulting LLC, is a recognized executive coach and facilitator.For more than 20 years, Arty has coached executives, mid level management and teams at organizations, corporations and leading medical centers in The Unites States, Canada and The Netherlands. Her clients range from rear admiral of the Navy to C suite leaders both corporate, academic and in healthcare. What they all have in common is an overarching interest in leadership development and team dynamics.
