This workshop addresses
different levels of engagement when dealing with drama in the workplace. You

approaches when dealing with workplace drama. Please come prepared
with an example of a workplace experience that you maybe wished you had dealt
with differently.
As a result of this workshop,
you will have a greater awareness of your (un)conscious reaction when dealing
with drama, and you will be able to assess yourself in 4 different levels.
You will also be able to
catch yourself as a judger or learner and use the tool to switch over.
