  • Francisco Gomez

    Francisco Gomez is Founder & CEO of Factum Global, an international consulting firm that helps organizations expand globally. Francisco started Factum Global to take a different approach to globalization for associations and businesses. Previously, Francisco served as director of global strategy and market development at the American Chemical Society, where he led a multi-function department, including international operations, marketing and sales, research and product development, and member services. Francisco is a frequent presenter at numerous conferences and events on topics ranging from business strategy to international operations and leadership. In addition, he has taught courses on global cultural sensitivity, international expansion, and leadership. Francisco earned an MBA from the Kogod School of Business at American University and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and management from Marshall University. He also earned an executive education certificate from Harvard University on Leading Global Businesses. A native of Colombia, Francisco is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, is a global traveler, an avid golfer, a soccer enthusiast, and loves to travel anywhere with a beach. He is a dual resident of Washington, D.C. and Charleston, S.C.

  • Lam‐Anh Le

    Lam-Anh supports business operations, client services, and business development. Lam-Anh brings nearly five years of research, communications, and technical experience to the firm from the Key Executive Leadership Program at American University, where she served most recently as communications and special programs coordinator.

    Lam-Anh is passionate about sustainable, global development in Southeast Asia. During her tenure at AU, she managed programming and events for several groups including the Vietnamese Student Association, among others. Lam-Anh also led the AU Alternative Breaks Program to Vietnam, where she mentored students and trained them on analyzing impediments to local economic growth. She also consults with Compost Cab, a leading Washington, DC-based community food waste reduction and composting organization, on design, project management, and software needs.

    Lam-Anh earned a Master of Science degree in Analytics, with a concentration in financial quantitative methods and modeling at American University's Kogod School of Business. She also earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in international studies from AU's School of International Service. She has also completed the Software Engineering Immersive Program at General Assembly, a leading provider of educational programming within the tech industry.

    Born in Vietnam and raised in Northern California, Lam-Anh resides in Washington, DC, where she enjoys spending time with her pitbulls, Ginger and Berry, and advocating for food composting at local farmer's markets.
