Dr. Amy Gottlieb, the Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center - Bayside, shares critical insights into the gender pay gap.  She will discuss compensation methodology and drivers of disparities, as well as share organization strategies and individual advocacy to narrow the gap.
