This keynote session, Closing the Gender Pay Gap in Medicine: Identifying Drivers of Inequity and Devising Solutions, was presented by the 2022 SGIM Women and Medicine Distinguished Professor, Dr. Amy Gottlieb, at the SGIM22 annual meeting in Orlando (April 2022).

Dr. Amy Gottlieb, the Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center - Bayside, shares critical insights into the gender pay gap.  She will discuss compensation methodology and drivers of disparities, as well as share organization strategies and individual advocacy to narrow the gap.
