Course description
Human-centered design - broadly referred to as Design Thinking - is a methodology for solving complex problems by deeply understanding the emotions, behaviors, and unmet needs of individuals, then designing solutions to meet those needs.

This webinar will describe the fundamentals of Design Thinking mthods, the intersection of design with contemporary quality improvement efforts, give examples of how Design Thinking has been implemented and describe efforts to teach design thinking to trainees and faculty.
