Course description
This webinar discusses a concept called Inclusion Health: providing clinical health care to underserved and marginalized populations who are at risk for not being able to equitably access the traditional health care setting.

The presenters share the work that they are doing to provide Inclusion Health for those in various communities; sharing challenges and solutions. All have implemented primary care models that provide high quality, evidence-based clinical care to at risk populations.
