As founder and president, Philip has been involved in the formation and development of successful technology companies for the meeting and education industries for over 20 years. Prior to Blue Sky, he co-founded Ascendent Systems, a leading developer of mobility voice communications for events and mobile workers. He helped file several patents and raised over $17 million while orchestrating national strategic partnerships.

Jeremiah Kendall
Jeremiah oversees all company operations and is responsible for maintaining Blue Sky eLearn's progressive position in the marketplace. Since joining Blue Sky in 2005, Jeremiah has been instrumental in helping to create and improve the suite of products and services offered. Jeremiah leverages his technical background and B.S. in Interactive Media Design, along with his strong working knowledge of the industry, to help create cutting-edge solutions for Blue Sky’s clients.

Amy Cowden
Amy's overall responsibility is the management of one of our comprehensive production departments and experience on-site capture staff. Amy is a 20-year veteran of the meeting/event industry. Her experience includes being a corporate planner as well as working as an event manager for third-party planning companies. She has had her CMP designation since 2005 and has been a CMP study group facilitator for the past few years.
