Today, Bob is the founder and president of StarLine Group, an innovative underwriting management organization specializing in Self Insurance and Medical Excess of Loss in Managed Care as well as Personal Accident Products.At StarLine, Bob has cultivated a collaborative, dedicated group of associates well versed in customized offerings. Having received his B.S.B.A. from Villanova University, Bob prioritizes social responsibilities and serves as Chairman, Board of Trustees of the Self-Insurance PAC. He’s also an active leader in the Scout community and his local Governance Task Force initiatives. He has been a member of numerous state campaign teams and has served on the Campaign Finance Team for former U.S. Senator Scott P. Brown. He enjoys coaching youth sports, skiing and spending quality time with his family—his wife of 19 years and his three children. Greg Wilden Greg serves as senior vice president, Stop Loss Sales, for HM Insurance Group (HM). In this role, he oversees a team of 90 national sales directors and consultants and sales support employees and is responsible for new sales, business retention, relationship management and company profitability.Greg has broad experience in the employee benefits arena, with more than 30 years in sales management in the ancillary and medical lines of coverage. His areas of expertise include sales strategy, growing a book of business and developing and nurturing key producer relationships both directly and in tandem with a national sales team.Since joining HM in 1986, Greg has worked in various sales roles with increasing responsibility. He served as both a sales representative and as the director of sales for the Pittsburgh Regional Sales Office before assuming the role of regional sales vice president, Mid-Atlantic Region, where he was responsible for six of HM’s Regional Sales Offices.Greg earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from La Roche College. Dan Strusz Mr. Strusz has served as President and CEO of Tokio Marine HCC – Stop Loss Group since February, 2015.Since joining TMHCC in 2001, Mr. Strusz has held various management positions including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2012 until his appointment as President and CEO. Mr. Strusz has 37 years of experience in the insurance industry. Michael Kemp Michael A. Kemp was appointed Head of Accident & Health NA for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions effective April 1, 2016 following the acquisition of IHC Risk Solutions.Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Kemp was President of IHC Risk Solutions, the direct employer stop loss division of IHC. Mr. Kemp was also the Chief Underwriting Officer and Senior Vice President of Independence Holding Company.Mr. Kemp has over 35 years' experience in the life and health insurance and reinsurance industry. He has assumed actuarial and underwriting roles at consulting firms, insurance companies and reinsurance management firms.Mr. Kemp has been a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries since 1985 and is also a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Philip Gardham Philip Gardham is the President of Companion Life Insurance Company. He originally joined the Companion team in 2006 as the Executive Marketing Officer. He began his career in the insurance business in 1988 when he accepted a position in the claims and care management department of Mercantile and General Reinsurance Company (M&G) in Toronto, Canada. In 1995, M&G promoted him to the position of Vice President Sales and Marketing for a company they had acquired named ecuCare. The position included a transfer to Portland, Maine where ecuCare was located. Immediately prior to joining Companion he worked for American Reinsurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Munich Re located in Princeton, NJ, where he worked for 6 years and was Vice President of Underwriting. Phil is a native of Toronto, Canada where he graduated in 1987 from McMaster University with a BA in Political Science.
