Craig Clemente
Craig Clemente is currently Chief Operating Officer for Specialty Care Management (SCM), a position he attained in 2011.Mr. Clemente specializes in working with risk markets, including stop loss and reinsurance entities, and related MGUs.Rising through various positions at SCM, his broad background has furnished him an astute, working knowledge of underwriting and risk, especially relative to improving current products, as well as developing and launching new products.He also brings to the company expertise in customer service, sales and marketing, and operations management.Mr. Clemente joined SCM in 2009 as Vice President of Operations.He has held some capacity with SCM since its 2008 inception, having served in a number of part-time positions, including auditing, marketing, contracting, finance, and organizational management.
Prior to joining SCM in a full-time capacity, Mr. Clemente had worked in the hospitality industry for Loews Hotels, and Westin Hotels.From 2005-2006, he had been a bond trader for Hennion and Walsh.
In 2013, Mr. Clemente received an MBA with a healthcare concentration from Northeastern University.He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Business from Drew University.
