The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many organizations to devise responses by and large on the fly. Many of these responses have been successful, but now, a number of organizations are moving out of response mode into recovery mode. This program highlights the type of information organizations will need to maximize the efficiency and the impact of their recovery efforts.
