Microsoft Teams is a collaboration platform where you can communicate, meet, and collaborate with files & app in a single place. There is even a version of Teams for personal use. There are free versions in both cases yet the features between the free vs fee can differ. The Tidbits session shall provide an overview of Microsoft Teams. Christine will demonstrate how she has used Microsoft Teams professionally with her clients, and even with her family; and how you can too even if you or your organization does not have a Microsoft 365 subscription.Christine Geluk is the principal & founder of Librarian At Your Service LLC which she founded in July 2015 after serving internal clients for a mutlinational pharmaceutical company. Her first exposure to the Microsoft family of products was when she migrated the corporate library site to using SharePoint 2010 Foundation. Since then, Chrissy has continued to leverage the Microsft 365 product family like Teams, SharePoint and the Power Platform for both her clients and family. Chrissy earned her undergraduate degree in mathematics from Fordham, and her graduate degree in information science from Simmons.
