Dr. JJ and nurse Jessica discussed the common questions that they hear about food allergy management, as well as answered many of those submitted through the SNA’s Food Allergy Resource Center. Food allergy management is an ongoing issue for many school nutrition professionals, parents, and students alike. Understanding the basics is essential to serving safe meals, reducing the risk of reactions, and having happy customers; and we’re here to help!
