This session, featuring three different purchasing groups, will touch on the types of collaborative purchasing options available. Learn tips and tricks of a finely tuned co-op, one that communicates regularly with stakeholders and fine-tunes the forecasting process. With supply chain issues throwing a wrench in the works, for even the most seasoned co-ops, this experienced panel will share tools to stay on course.
