Academic freedom and freedom of speech derived from the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution are related, but are not completely overlapping. During this webinar we will discuss the definition and legal basis for Academic Freedom in the U.S. Constitution, statutes and regulations, contracts, and institutional policies and practices. We will also review the limits of Academic Freedom.
