The Division of Global Migration and Quarantine’s United States- Mexico Unit and the Office for Innovation, Development, Evaluation and Analytics is developing a communication platform and health resource portal called the TB Care Finder. For immigrants with B TB classifications, our goal is to provide a tool that they can use to find TB follow up care after arriving in the United States. For TB programs, the TB Care Finder serves as a portal where you can share information and customized health resources with immigrants arriving in your jurisdiction.
