Utilizing the UPDATED Interjurisdictional Notification (IJN) Form- LIVE 7/7/22

Objectives of this webinar:

  1. To describe and discuss the changes to the revised NTCA Interjurisdictional Notification (IJN) Form for patient transfers between jurisdictions.
  2. To demonstrate usage of the Interjurisdictional Notification Form (IJN) through a series of case study examples.
  3. To identify a standardized method and process for notification across jurisdictions of patient care information necessary to facilitate on-going effective treatment for TB disease and TB infection.

 
How to Receive CE Credit for the Webinar:
To complete the course and receive credit for one continuing nursing education (CNE) contact hour, do the following:
  1. Complete the pre-registration questions.
  2. Take the pre-test.
  3. After you complete 1, 2, and 3, click Live Webinar and Register.
  4. When you’re registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  5. Attend the course.
  6. Take the post-test. 
Eligible participants who complete the pre-test, attend the webinar, and complete the post-test, will be alerted by email when their CE certificates are available for download.
