Brubaker, Dean of the School of
Social Sciences and Professions at Eastern Mennonite University and author of
numerous articles and publications on conflict transformation and
organizational development will be our guest panelist sharing research,
insights, and hope on navigating polarized environments from his 2019
book, “"When the Center Does Not Hold: Leading in an Age of
Polarization". Over the past forty years, congregations, businesses,
other organizations, and communities across the United States have become
increasingly divided along political and ideological lines. David has trained
or consulted with over 100 organizations with diverse cultures in Africa,
Asia, Australia, Latin America, North America, and Europe.
