When good performers leave the church staff it hurts performance results. Worse than having a talented person quit and leave is having employees quit and stay. The relationship between the manager and the employee is the overriding factor in both the employee’s quality of performance and the employee’s quality of work life. This workshop will focus on the manger’s role to impact performance results and improve performance management competencies.
