Leadership is easy when all goes well, but what about when tragedy strikes and all eyes are on you? How do you address the human impacts and financial costs? How do you communicate in a way that demonstrates both competence and compassion? What should you do to prevent and mitigate tragedy’s occurrence? This presentation will address preventive strategies and response skills that support individual and organizational resilience.
