DESCRIPTION

Culture is both what we expect and what we allow. This session will help you establish a healthy culture in your church that empowers staff to lead well, grow through feedback, and be productive members of your team. The secret is not more policies, policing, and another set of guidelines, it’s much simpler than that. But it takes effort, time, and intentionality. You can have an environment where staff love coming to work each day.
