Governing documents, such as Articles of Incorporation, Constitution and Bylaws, are frequently filed away never to see the light of day. This session will demonstrate why these documents are so important to your church. We will discuss how often these documents need to be reviewed and revised, what must be included, what should be included, what must be excluded, and what should be excluded. We will discuss the best practices for governing documents and mandatory policies that must be adopted by your church. Sample state of the art document samples will be provided.
