Churches and other religious organizations are required to comply with most of the same employment laws as any other business. This course will provide an overview of basic federal employment laws as well as compliance tips such as documenting employee performance; appropriate contents of a personnel file; proper completion and retention of the Form I-9; benefits of an employee handbook; and more. <
