The budget is a basic internal control as well as the financial guide for a church. It can be difficult to forecast what income will be received and what expenses incurred in the future. Understanding the fundamentals of budgeting can protect a church from unpleasant financial surprises that may limit the amount of ministry that can be done. 

This seminar will discuss:

• Align the budgeted expenses with the church’s mission
• Understand different budget methodologies and be prepared to create an achievable budget
• Create accountability to encourage participation in the budget process and buy-in to the result
