STLN2110 Managing challenging conversations as a classroom teacher

This session will support teachers in their approach to working with students. Teachers are faced with complex decision-making processes that have a significant impact on students' lives. They are often required to deal with students, parents and other colleagues in very demanding situations. It is important for teachers to further develop skills and techniques to use when having these difficult or challenging conversations.
