This session will support new leaders in developing policies, procedures and practices that promote inclusivity. Whether your leadership role is curriculum based or has a pastoral focus you will need to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the inclusion of all students in the learning program. This session will help you to determine appropriate goals that can be achieved with good policies and procedures and to identify what is outside of your sphere of influence. It will help save you time by presenting some example policies and procedures to model.
