Description:
Routines and uninterrupted periods of free play are very important for the social skills and the development of communication skills in young children. Finding a balance between structure and free play can be tricky for teachers and educators. In this session, the presenter will share their strategies and ideas to incorporate both, in the planning and implementation of the weekly program. The session will highlight the importance of maintaining structure while providing opportunities for students to explore through free play tasks.
