High quality leadership is an important contributor in making positive change in the workplace. This session will provide opportunities to critically reflect on what leadership means in an Early Childhood context and your own leadership style. The presenter will explore some of the research around leadership strategies that promote good communication and positive organisational change. The session will also include practical examples of what it means to motivate your team and use data to affect change.
