In this session you will be encouraged to: 1. Reflect on your individual talents and strengths and look for ways to build them into your work to make your day more enjoyable and productive. 2. Learn to take advantage of micro-moments in your day to set and achieve learning goals and actively collaborate with others. 3. Understand your mindset and use it to effectively manage workload and expectations. These three approaches will help you to work smarter not harder, and feel more engaged and energised by your work.
