All teachers are asked to make reasonable adjustments to classroom teaching, curriculum design and assessment for students with learning disabilities. This may be part of a student's individual learning plan and it may also be part of the schools collection of evidence for the school's NCCD data. Casual Relief teachers make an important contribution to the reasonable adjustments that are made in the classroom teaching activities. In this session the presenter will explore what is 'reasonable adjustment', what are the expectations on teachers, and how can CRTs fulfil this part of their teaching responsibilities.
